15.01.2022 The Beaumont hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at in London. The hotel has 73 rooms, of which 23 are studios and suites. The ...hotel is on Brown Hart Gardens, which is a 1 minute walk to Bond Street and Selfridges department store. My arrival was for a breakfast meeting at 0830 with an overnight stay. I arrived at the hotel at around 0800. I was very warmly greeted by one of the exquisite members of the team with Good Morning, Mr Waddington. Welcome to the Beaumont; this was within the first 10 seconds of my arrival into the lobby., After picking my jaw up off the floor, all I could muster was good morning, how did you do that with such assertion that you were so sure it was me! My stay only got better. Breakfast in the Colony Grill room was sublime with friendly and attentive service every step of the way. While at the hotel I saw the superior room which has a front facing view from the hotel with size of 345 sq ft it has a gorgeous bathroom which has a walk in shower and comfortable size bedroom, there is also a classic room which faces the garden court and across Mayfair - this room is 320 sq ft. I saw the premier room which is 375sq ft The premier room I saw had a fabulous terrace on the 5th floor with a nice sky line-view - I thoroughly recommend trying to get this room. I had the pleasure of staying in the Terrace suite which is 980sq foot of pure luxury it has a big bedroom with walk in wardrobe, a great luxurious bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath, an extra large living area and off that a lovely private terrace with views over London and there is a guest WC as well. The hotel has interesting original art work everywhere, I really like the use of mosaic tiles and glass in the bathrooms, the bed linen is sublime and toiletries that you want to take home from D R Harris, I did not experience any sound transmission from outside the room. The hotel offers a nice spa and Hamam, there is also a Salon for men and women as well as a small fitness room. There is a guest lounge off the lobby which serve complimentary hot drinks as well as some pastries in the morning, which is only for hotel guests. The American Bar serves great cocktails and has an extensive wine list if you need a sharpener and of course there is complimentary wifi through the hotel. The most striking for me was the warmth of the people working at the Beaumont, they do an amazing job at making sure everything is as you like it and they are so warm and welcoming, combine this with the quality of the rooms and suites and you can be sure that the Beaumont is worthy of being in our top 5 London hotels
