25.01.2022 Waffle Warning: Sometimes I wonder if there is such a thing anymore as an undeniable fact because it would seem like everything is relegated to either left or right wing propoganda and we can simply choose the facts that fit within the perspective of our own internal filters or biases. I like to believe in science, while being aware that there’s been some monumental scientific fuckups throughout history. So I guess it’s important to know who funded the science and the cred...ibility of the source. Kind of like when tobacco companies funded science that said smoking was good for us, or fossil fuel companies fund science that denies the climate crisis; pffffft to you all I say! The quest for truth is quite a journey isn’t it? Sometimes it does my head in, and sometimes I feel in my heart that it’s all part of humanities healing process. A process that needs to take us into the quagmire of bullshit so we can see all the wrongs we’ve been living with due to corruption of power, greed, inequality and blah blah blah. A process that will lead humanity to love, compassion, equality and peace. 23.01.2022 Hi folks, thought I’d share an easy way to make a pair of pants. Just crochet (or knit) the legs and sew on to an old pair of shorts or jeans. Word of advice; I made them to fit exactly, forgetting about the inevitable stretch of crochet lol
