18.01.2022 HEALING THE INNER CHILD/ADOLESCENT Most of my clients come to me for relationship healing and advice, and ask when are they going to meet the right person. When I point out they need to heal their inner child/adolescent part of them they seem so surprised, as it was so long ago that its irrelevant. Im not big on digging up the past, but there are traumas and wounded parts of us that are blocking and preventing us sometimes from being our joyful authentic self. The inn...er child can become a sub-personality that prevents us from either being fully present in our relationships or not attracting one because the inner child needs the attention, and has a lot of fear. We tend to disguise it by wearing an array of different mask, that can portray we are really happy, and don't really need anyone, or another sub-personality can be very needy and cant be alone, and many others. In my workshop heal your inner child, I help you release your wounds, understand your triggers, and move on from the unwanted aspects of the past.
