25.01.2022 October Eats: Aria and Maybe Sammy come together + British-European inspired pop up at The Strand. https://thecrumedia.com/intel-newsletters/230920

25.01.2022 An afternoon well spent with Wild Food Map, if we do say so ourselves. Diego took the team foraging in Clovelly as a team celebration for The Cru's 10th anniversary and taught us just how many things you can find (quite literally) at your doorstep. We learnt about chickweed, dandelion, sowthistle, spengler's triton, warrigal greens, wood sorrel, golden kelp and a whole lot more - all in a few hours! Tap through our stories for some more anniversary celebrations, looking back at food trends of the past decade.

23.01.2022 A taste of the Baja Peninsula is coming to Bondi Beach this month with Milpa Collective's (aka the team behind Carbón, Taqiza, Sonora Mexican & La Palma Cocktail Bar) new Mexican restaurant, Calita. Taking after it's name which translates to tiny beach in Spanish, the marisqueria (seafood restaurant) will work with local suppliers to bring you a selection of fresh, sustainably sourced catches of the day.

23.01.2022 Good old fish & chips, nothing beats it. This tasty looking market fish is fresh out of Shoalhaven's newest venue, The Growers Shoalhaven opening today. The menu showcases the region's local produce and rich history, jam packed with everything from beet gnocchi and gremolata, local seafood and wood-fired flatbread and pizzas.

23.01.2022 Cirrus will be making waves once again when they re-open tonight with an all new menu featuring this seafood platter. Don't mind if we do!

23.01.2022 Launching next month, "Maybe Aria" is a four night collaboration between Aria Restaurant & Maybe Sammy, pairing Aria's new snack menu with Maybe Sammy's bespoke cocktails. 21.01.2022 It's International Cabernet Day and we'd like nothing more than to celebrate with a glass of Voyager Estate's organically farmed Cabernet. Cabernet Sauvignon has cemented its place as the King of Margaret River wine, and when you taste a glass it's easy to see why.

19.01.2022 Stop, don't scroll. Matt Moran is launching a new TV series - Kitchen Tales - and here's the first look. Matt invited interesting Australians who inspire him into his kitchen (where, as we know, all the best stories are told) to have a chat and recreate some of their favourite food memories. We're thrilled to have worked with Matt to help produce this over the past few months. The first episode will go live on November 18 via Matt Moran's YouTube channel and IGTV, with episodes released every few days until December 2.
