20.01.2022 The TDF Christmas Tree is up!! We will be supporting the 2020 2bs Salvation Army Christmas Miracle Appeal. "Sometimes it takes only one act of kindness and caring to change a person’s life". This Christmas spread the festive cheer and donate to the 2BS Salvation Army Christmas Toy Appeal by dropping in a newly bought toy to put under our TDF Christmas Tree. Students will also get to take home something special for their own tree at home! The wonderful volunteers from the Salvation Army will deliver them to make sure no children goes without toys this Christmas. #thedancefactory #spreadinglove #christmastime #givingbacktothecommunity

16.01.2022 Over the last few weeks Miss Flick has been organising a few very exciting things to bring to TDF! 1 that Im very excited to finally be able to announce... TDF is the OFFICIAL Bathurst location for the new program Dance Cirque. A circus program designed specifically for dance studios! Complete with level certificates for all levels as well! With over 40 studios already signed up, Dance Cirque is designed to help improve your childs confidence, strength and flexibility... (as well as learn some really cool tricks ). Dance Cirque will be for those 5yrs+ and you will be able to learn a range of aerial silks, Lyra hoop and circus skills! I am also really excited to announce that along with Dance Cirque it also includes a program for our little climbing children called Little Monkeys aimed at our preschoolers aged 2yrs - 5yrs. This program will help build confidence in our little ones as well as improving co-ordination and cognitive development. So if youre keen to learn some really cool tricks as well as build your confidence, strength and flexibility keep a look out for enrolments! I am so excited to start this new and original program in 2021! 08.01.2022 Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to all the TDF families for being so understanding with my foot injury the last 5 weeks. From offering to drive me places to dropping me off at the eisteddfod to watch the kids Im extremely grateful for such a supportive and caring TDF Family! I have enjoyed seeing all the soloists back up on stage again and so grateful I could be there to watch them. 05.01.2022 ***DANCE CIRQUE INTEREST 2021*** https://form.jotform.com/203098089157059 We are super excited to be the OFFICIAL location for Dance Cirque (a circus program for dance studios!) ... Dance Cirque Aimed at students aged 5yrs+ this program allows students to learn some amazing skills on 3 different aerial apparatus - Silks, Lyra & Trapeze. They will also be learning other Circus Performing Arts including Juggling, Hula Hoops and much much more! Little Monkeys Aimed at our pre-school aged students 2yrs-5yrs) this program incorporates fun interactive circuits will focussing on building fundamental movement skills, improve their coordination and development. They will learn a variety of circus skills including basic tumbling, silks, juggling and hula hoops and many more skills! All of our staff will be staring their intensive training very soon and will be super keen to start this new program next year! Why Circus? We want to train our students to become versatile performers and give our students the opportunity to do a range of classes! Circus skills have become increasingly popular on cruise ships, musicals and many more staged shows and productions.
