18.01.2022 Everyone likes the idea of something new and fresh. so that's exactly what we intend to give you! As of June The Darlo Village is under new management and we are bringing this historic pub back to life. Our main Bar is being stocked with a whole new range of wines, craft beers and spirits. from Argentina, Spain, Indiana, France, Italy and New Zealand. Of course we support our local businesses and fellow Australian businesses so you can find many Australian and locally brewed... beers and a great selection of wines even some fine aged rums from Queensland. In the weeks to come we are re-opening our restaurant on the second floor with a clean fresh look and a one of a kind view of Sydney city. Our new Menu has made quite an impression on our Locals, with a variety of classic Italian dishes like our home made Giant Ravioli and our 12 hour slow cooked Baby Lamb Shanks. Formally known as the Former Glory we are re vamping our amazing 3rd floor into a Jazz Cocktail Bar. We want to create an intimate space where you can enjoy the lights and scenery of the city without the hustle and bustle. With A range of cocktails, aged wines and a variety of spiced rums to enjoy neatly. Hand made Canapes and our in house made mulled wines. Opening night Dates will be announced in the next few weeks.
