22.01.2022 Ok guys this is how its going be.... We, the Venue and the Darts Association have been given a set of rules that we have to abide by.....just a couple we seem to be having trouble with are as follows: To be able to stay at the venue you have to provide your name, email or current address, contactable phone number, sign in time, and departure time on the COVID tracing sheets. We promise to keep your information safe until we can destroy it after 56 days. You also have to be ...seated while drinking and eating, even, while playing darts. You will be fined, and so will the venue if you are caught not complying with the rules , this is not what we want nor can we afford a fine. We dont want to turn people away or ask them to leave so please do the right thing for your safety and ours. Thank you. See more

13.01.2022 BREAKING: Queensland borders will close to New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory from 1am this Saturday, August 8. All visitors will be denied en...try except for rare exemptions and returning Queenslanders will have to pay for 14 days mandatory hotel quarantine. Queenslands Chief Health Officer has declared all of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory as hotspots. Only residents of border communities and essential workers, such as truck drivers, will be able to cross the border. Exemptions including for compassionate reasons will be limited. Passes for border communities will be for those with proof of address and photo ID. The border closure will be reviewed at the end of the month.

06.01.2022 Digital QR Code sign in for COVID contact tracing is now mandatory at The Deception Bay Club. Instructions on how to add this to your mobile are at the entry to... the club. I will be available to assist anyone who needs help. Government has enforced digital sign in for all Clubs and will fine any venue who doesnt have this in place. Anyone without access to a mobile phone can come and see me at the club and I will add you manually to the electronic database. Alternatively there is an option to sign in more then one person when you scan the QR code, so those without mobile phones can ask a friend to sign them in. Cheers. See more
