25.01.2022 Not sure what to do after yesterday's devastating hail storm? Unsure if you can use your own Dent Company or not sure where to start? We are here to help and have all the information to help make this as painless and possible. 1/ Ring your insurance company and lodge your claim, you will be provided with a claim number. 2/ Your insurance provider may advise you that you only have warranty on repairs carried out by their preferred repairer. This, however, is not correct. You h...ave full warranty on all works carried out by ourselves so do not worry. 3/ We have our workshop in Castle Hill and have done for the past 16years and we will still be there after your repairs are completed. This cannot be said for many of the repairers who set up temporary repair shops during such extreme situations. 4/ When you bring your car in for a quote please don't forget to bring along your claim number. This is important as it will make processing your claim faster. 5/ Due to the numerous claims being processed your insurance company will most likely have assessment days to bring your vehicles along to. It is at this point you can provide them with your quote. If we are the repairer you choose to take care of your vehicle then make sure they don't try and steer you in a different direction. 6/ Many of our regular customers know the quality of our work and it is your right to insist on the repairer of your choice. 7/ Having been in Dent Removal for the past 23 years it is safe to say you have chosen the right place to begin the process. We will endeavour to make the procedure as smooth as possible.

11.01.2022 Thank you to all our customers who have contacted us in regards to their hail repairs. We are currently closed for the Christmas break and will return on the 7th January. While you prepare for us to open you can contact your insurance company and lodge your claim. You don't need to pay your excess when you lodge your claim, if after you visit us you find you will not be making a claim then you can cancel it. The advantage of making a claim before you visit is you can bring your claim number along and we can then send your quote directly off to your insurance company on your behalf. Don't forget to let your insurance company know who you would like to repair your vehicle, you don't want to have your vehicle repaired anywhere!
