22.01.2022 Yesterday we were celebrating my daughters 6th birthday but I cant help but think how far we have come. From the moment she was born something wasnt quite right, where was the connection between mother and daughter? What was wrong with me? Why didnt I feel right? So many questions but there was also so many answers. I was suffering from Post Natal Depression which gave me something to work on. It wasnt me it was just an inbalance inside me. So many suffer from this silent con...dition. Silent on the outside but so very loud in your own mind. You cant escape it but there is so much help to get better. I started The Doors of Berry in my darkest hours as I needed something to positive. As my daughter grew my business grew and together we got through it. We are stronger today because of it. I love our story as it was part of the journey to where we are now. Are you at the start, middle or end of your incredible story? It may not feel incredible now but I know it will be if you reach out for help. You are incredibly strong, stronger than you know in this moment.
