22.01.2022 Thanks for all the messages & YES! We are having Vietnamese lunch Friday again this week! We're adding two new items to our menu! Thit Kho - Braised & caramelized pork belly, a traditional dish across Vietnam & also Thailand & Cambodia. Not a dish for anyone on a diet! It's full off fatty, tasty goodness! Served with a turmeric special Jasmine rice! Sa t gà - Vietnamese satay chicken skewers with lemongrass. Served either in their own as a snack or with our turmeric ...Jasmine rice! Bánh Xèo - Crispy Vietnamese pancake with pork belly, prawns, nc chm & all the usual Vietnamese trimmings (watch out for our minced pork version coming up in a couple of weeks). Hôngs beef Phô - This week served with fillet beef slices AND pork balls! Along with the hoi sin style sauce, siracha, bean shoots & lime so you can create your own personal perfect taste! This has quickly become a day favourite & with a 9 hour cooking time, when it's gone there's a 9 hour wait for more!! 18.01.2022 Our lemongrass pork for our Bánh Mi Thit is prepped & ready for the grill for tomorrow! The sweetness of the pork is caramelizing beautifully on the grill! Teamed up with Mel's pate, the pickled carrot & fresh cucumber & herbs... This is definitely not one to miss! The Phô stock is 9 hours in, served with hoi sin style sauce, siracha & fresh Vietnamese herbs! And the pork & prawn Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese crispy pancake) is back for another week! ... We sold out again last week so get in early!!

Same pate (how good was Mel's pate), but just pickled carrots & fresh cucumber, mayo, siracha & our Vietnamese herb mix! ... We've sourced more appropriate crispy fresh rolls & we'll be making our own lemongrass pork for the inside This is what we're dreaming it up to be like below!! We'll still be doing the Phô & the Bánh Xèo too!
