21.01.2022 Train life returns... For many of my new clients and followers who have joined me during the Covid break, you may not know this about me... I have a 'day job.' Although in typical Brittney fashion it is not a 'typical' day job Beyond The Embodiment Effect, I hit the tracks every other week for Journey Beyond, heading north to Darwin and when the borders re-open East to West (Sydney to Perth) as well.... It felt so good last week to head back north after a long Covid pause. Some of you may have seen me get a bit over excited in my stories as I share a snippet of the daily magic As I embrace my return to the rails things at The Embodiment Effect will change slightly, with the main change being around my availability, from now on this will be limited to a few days per fortnight. So if you have been thinking of booking in a time and you see me post an available time make sure you snap it up. In the meantime enjoy the pics of this beautiful country. 20.01.2022 OUT WITH THE OLD. IN WITH THE NEW! . It was a bitter sweet moment as I tipped all my remaining Meraki literature and business cards in the recycling today. . Tomorrow I will be changing over to my new name.... . Meraki has been a fun adventure full of highs and lows. Learning. Personal and professional growth. . It has been a week of reflecting on the past 5 years. The hurdles, heartbreaks and successes. . For many a name is just a name but for me it is an energy. My business has a life of its own. It is this energy that inspires me and drives me forward. . Meraki whilst I hold it very dear no longer has the same feeling. It is tied in to deeply with the past, to a 25 year old girl trying to make sense of a chaotic life and brand new world of business. . It has been fun and an incredible learning curve. . As I grow however, so does my business and with this new name comes a brand new energy. . The new name is one which still covers my current offers, but it has room to move, room to breath, room to expand. . I am so excited to bring all the lessons of the last 5 years together with a fresh vision. . Ultimately inspiring me so I can serve you better. . I hope you come along for the journey. . 18.01.2022 Embodiment Crew.... The lockdown was short-lived which is great news for massage!! I will be back in business as of 9am Monday 23rd November... There will be a few new requirements I, as a practitioner am required to wear a face mask during sessions so expect to see this upon your arrival. Hand sanitiser will be available also. As a client, I ask that you please take extra care monitoring for symptoms and also recently visited hotspots. If you have recently visited a hotspot or are feeling unwell I am happy to re-schedule free of charge. While masks are recommended for Adelaide residents you are not required as a client to wear one during your session. Reach out if you have any questions or would like to make a booking. I hope to see you on the table again soon.

At The Embodiment Effect I love to create a space that welcomes you not only as a client but as the wonderful individual you are, and as I learn more about you - my client I try to incorporate these things into our treatment. .... I know for instance that one client loves the colour pink, so I made sure I dressed the table accordingly. . It gave me joy when one the first things she said when on the table was what a lovely colour the towels are. . The more I get to know you and your needs/wants/likes/dislikes, the more I can tailor our sessions to your individual needs beyond the treatment itself. With the room temperature, scents and soundtrack, that create a personal sanctuary for you to spend an hour dropping in to full relaxation and 'you time' . The little things .
