12.01.2022 How the bees came back! We’re all pretty aware of how our eco-system is in a really precarious position, and that one of the crucial components is the disappearance of the bee This really wasn’t at the forefront of my mind while I was attending to my garden. The thoughts were along the lines of ................ mmmmm these weeds are coming up everywhere and they’re not getting me any closer to having the pristine gardens that many of my neighbours managed to uphold. ... Then I got to a place inside, where comparing myself to anyone else is futile, when it comes down to an inability to be happy with myself SO, I looked at the weeds and suddenly saw how beautiful the orange flower was and allowed them to be a part of my seemingly extra-large-to-maintain plot of land! Low and behold, within a matter of days, it became glaringly obvious that these flowers were bringing in the bees ! Yay!! I wonder how many places and spaces this has now opened up for me and I wonder if you’ve had a similar experience, or maybe you can apply a similar principle to create a joyful outcome for you and maybe even the planet too!

Mmmmmmmmm, give yourself a minute to actually see what an impact that has made on you...............AND the ripple effect that emanates out from you each time you utter those words.............be it physically or even thinking thank you in your head!... And for the real fun...............what are you thankful for?...............give yourself the space to feel the appreciation...................... 04.01.2022 Boundaries Has all this social distancing stuff brought your attention to the way you interact with other people? I certainly have become a lot more aware of how I behave with acquaintances and friends I now come into contact with! The changes we all face with these parameters are going to benefit us all on so many levels........... there are so many of us who really do need a reality check, considering the state of the world today.... Our youngsters will grow up respecting their own space and have a strength in their own spirit about what’s ok and not ok when it comes to other people entering their social distance! I cannot begin to fathom how much we have taken the human touch for granted and how special, and on what terms are acceptable to us in relation to letting someone else into your space! This is going to create a whole new and amazingly beneficial element to my practices, and in particular as, The Energy Angel. I wonder how it can create ease and fun for you that is greater than your fondest dreams? With love light and delight
