23.01.2022 I HIT THE WALL IN MY BUSINESS LAST YEAR AND HERE'S WHY I was investing a ton in facebook marketing and getting a LOT of leads. But my conversion rate hit the wall - no sales.... 16.01.2022 If you have a core level of anxiety around your business, it's because you don't believe and trust. You don't believe and trust in YOU. You don't believe and trust in your ability to create what you want in your life.... You feel like you have to 'see' the way and if you can't see it, you think it's not there. You're running all the 'but this happened last time' stories. And it keeps you in anxiety and worry. All. the. time. And there's no fun in that. The core of this is that you believe there's something outside you that's controlling your life and your results. You are placing your power outside you - to someone else, to something else. And it's always the reason you can't get what you want. Always. The key is to bring back the power to you. You have the power to create exactly what you want. You can control time and resources. Nothing and no-one has power over you. And see how your world changes. Master this and you are truly designing a life you love.

16.01.2022 TAKE ACTION! Take action when you're feeling stuck. Take action when you're feeling depressed.... Take action when you don't have a clue what to do. It will feel like hell because inside you are 'screaming' but just....take....action. Just one action. The smallest action. When you take action you are bringing up the 'head-stuff' that's stopping you from making progress, and you can grab it and deal with it and kill it. (When you're stuck you're just drowning). It's called SHADOW. And its all a LIE. It's an ILLUSION that you keep believing. When you get comfortable with bringing up Shadow, and alchemising your Shadow, you bring in your success. So much faster. So take Action. Then tell me what's going on in your head and I'll help you with the alchemising. It's my latest addiction - I love doing this and it WORKS! 15.01.2022 As we grow in our business we can get stuck on the EFFICIENCY rollercoaster. 'I can't get more clients until I get my processes sorted'. Let me give you a tip - there's no point having processes until you have clients.... Business owners spend weeks and months stalling their business growth because they want all their processes sorted. It doesn't work that way. It's just an excuse to avoid what your business really needs - marketing and sales. Your foot needs to be on the Growth Pedal every day to get more clients. Your processes can be updated along the way. The world doesn't stop for you to get your processes sorted. (Well it did during Covid-19 and who actually used that time to get organised?) The only way is to build in time each week to work on processes. It never ends so make it part of your admin for your business (or better still, hire someone else to do it when you're making a profit). Pick one process, set aside an hour, get started. Repeat. And shift the emphasis on your business to getting Visible and Mastering Sales. ......and let me tell you if you suddenly got 10 new clients how fast would you get that elusive process up and running? FAST! And instead of it taking weeks it would take minutes! Guaranteed! And would it have to be perfect? NO! So stop procrastinating over processes. Start learning how to get more clients.

06.01.2022 There's two sides to sales. Firstly the system - the processes that you master at each step of the 'machine' that is bringing in the leads and producing the sales. Message - Visibility - Conversion - Sale... Then there's you. If it was just the system it would be simple. But what YOU bring into the process messes with the system. Where do I find people who will pay me? What if they don't like what I've got? What if they say no? I can't find people with money. What if it doesn't work for them? I don't want to be sales sleazy. I need the money. I have to pay the bills. My business will fail. What will people think? I've tried that before and it never worked. These thoughts confuse you. Overwhelm you. Paralyse you. And every day is struggle. Every day is stress. And nothing seems to flow. And because of this, you don't take the steps that you need to get the sales that are out there waiting for you. And another day, week, month even year goes by and nothing changes. When you get real about what these questions mean and uncover the core fear you have around sales and your business, you can free yourself and use your mental energy to focus on doing exactly what it takes to make your dream business happen. 04.01.2022 Big Idea's do come True! We are on our trip north in our beautiful boat, Clare, to escape winter and chase the whales, which we do every year. I am living my Big Idea.... To do what I love (mentoring you amazing women) from wherever I am in the world! And my very patient husband, Peter's Big Idea is to be on the boat as much as possible! It took us 15 years to get to this Big Idea but we did it! From full on management careers, being pulled in 1000 different directions all day every day, big hours, big stress, to a life now of freedom and flexibility and lots of 'water' time. It does come with it's challenges though. Internet can be an issue, and keeping up a sales flow from on the water can be, quite frankly, bloody hard. Last year I was neck deep in facebook ads and leads and sales calls (where I met a lot of amazing women and some of you here!), but I hit the wall. Even on a boat! Tons of leads, tons of sales calls, and sales just stopped. But...... that is all part of the FUN of business?????!!!!!! Remember That caused a big pivot in my business and I look back on that time now with gratitude because out of it has come some more amazing content and you are getting amazing results. That's exactly why I do this! And I'm still working on perfecting that every day and sharing everything I'm learning along the way with you all so you can do it too. Right now we are heading up past the Sunshine Coast for Double Island Point and I'm not sure what the internet will be like there overnight. So if I disappear this afternoon, I'll be back on line tomorrow before lunch as we'll be across the Wide Bay Bar (between Fraser Island and Rainbow Beach) and tucked away at Tin Can Bay where the internet is great! Keep on with your Big Idea - dreams DO come true!
