14.01.2022 #100days100percent Challenge Day 8 Update Ok so 1 week into the Challenge and all has been spot-on so far. I have exercised every day, followed the Nutritional Plan including 2 x fasting days and haven’t had any alcohol. I’ve finished reading 2 books (The Compound Effect and Beach Money); drank 3 litres of water each day and took photos on Day 1 with next progress photos due on Wednesday.... Excited to say, I have had 11 people join me on the Challenge and would love to grow this number to 100 by the end of the Challenge and then I’ll have to change the name to #100days100percent100people !!! Remember it’s all about playing at % for 100 days, nothing more, nothing less. You are welcome to follow my 5 components or make up your own, it’s YOUR Challenge and you can start anytime you like. The only criteria is you do your Challenge for 100 days and you give it your 100 percent. 13.01.2022 When people ask me what I mean when I say Isagenix is a lifestyle & solutions based organisation, I explain it like this; As my weight came off 5 years ago (28kgs to be precise), the energy kicked in. 06.01.2022 A man saw a snake being burned to death and decided to take it out of the fire. When he did, the snake bit him causing excruciating pain. The man dropped the snake, and the reptile fell right back into the fire. So, the man grabbed a metal pole took the snake out of the fire and saved its life. Someone who was watching approached the man and said:... That snake bit you. Why are you still trying to save it? The man replied: The nature of the snake is to bite, but that's not gonna change my nature, which is to help. Do not change your nature simply because someone harms you. Do not lose your good heart, only learn to take precautions.
