22.01.2022 During the first week of healing its important to avoid excessive exercise & to be aware of this when booking your appointment. Excessive sweating can lead to loss of pigment retention. If you love your gym sessions & cannot give them a miss I supply a great after-care balm to protect the brows and preserve the colour during these conditions.
