25.01.2022 The funeral for Craig (Shrek) Millard (Gladtone Loners) will be this Friday the 18th of November, Craig will be farewelled with a biker funeral procession starting at 9.00 am the details are listed below, for those not riding please just head to Gladstone lawn cemetery for a 10.00 am service. Hello everyone this is Greg Parter (aka O.G) Road Captain Gladstone Loners SMC Shreks last ride will be this Friday 18th at 9:00am we will be leaving from the Marina carpark at around ...915am. once you have arrived please find George Eliiot, Sam Brown or a member of the M.A.C.E motorcycle club they will be organising everyone at the marina carpark follow Shrek,his Family and the Gladstone Loners convoy as it rides past. we will be needing help with blocking on this route if possible. We have four blokes that have put there hand up and are already informed. I ask if we could keep close to the middle line of the two lanes for the road blockers to travel aside to reach there blocking points. the speed set for the convoy will be 50km. When we arrive at the end of aerodrome road, Shrek's family and the Gladstone Loners will be stopping for everyone to go past and form a guard of honour at the Port Curtis Cemetery. George Elliot will be organising this. I also ask that nobody drive on the Cemetery grass. we all should have arrived by 10am. See more

22.01.2022 It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Donald Biggs or better known as Biggsy to his friends, Biggsy was one of the best local speedway riders in his time Biggsy's funeral will be held this Saturday coming 11.00 am at Mount Morgan Cemetery, all bikers who would like to join Biggsy on his Final Ride are asked to meet at the rear lane behind Tucker and Nankervilles at 9.00 am please bring a spare helmet if you are riding alone as some of the family would like to ride with him. 15.01.2022 The Final Ride now has a little truck and NO it's not for funerals,LOL, this truck is available for hire (with driver) at very reasonable rates, if you have a yard that needs a cleanup or you are moving house give us a call for a quote, ps it makes light work of tip runs.

10.01.2022 after watching TV today I see an increasing advertising for FUNERAL INSURANCE, a small bit of advice if you are considering this WAKE up to yourself, the better option is to take out funeral bonds, have a yarn to your local funeral director and they will point you in the right direction, the beauty of Funeral bonds is that it doesn't matter if you miss a payment, there is no bullshit when asking for your money and it makes interest while sitting there, trust me it's a lot better option if you want to look after your loved ones, the money is yours, it's like a bank for funerals, and you can use it in any state or with any funeral director, please give it a thought, regards Preacher

10.01.2022 It's important in life to have a bucket list and today with the help of Rockhampton Helicopters, i got to cross one more thing off my list by flying down the Cap Coast in a Helicopter, I would recommend these good people to anyone looking to do something a little different
