24.01.2022 Your body needs protein, it's needs fats and it needs carbohydrates. The trick is avoiding the bad stuff and finding the good. Lean protein such as soy, legumes. Plant based. We need to increase good fats such as omega-3 and decrease chemically modified oils such as omega-6. If you're wanting more information about Herbalife nutrition please contact Nicole Hoare at 2BFit. This decision also means that I cannot teach CobraFit classes. Don't worry though, classes will still be on.... Same time, same place, same cost but with Nicole or Paige leading the way. What an amazing few days with some of the company's legends. The motivation I've got to reset and recommit on my own path as well as help you, if you choose to start living or continue living a healthy active lifestyle.
