25.01.2022 Do you know the "gladiator" movement? A great all in one kettlebell exercise that targets: -Muscle reinforcement -Balance... -Core -Grip Challenge yourself to complete 4 sets x 5 reps on each side at the end of your next workout or incorporate it into any circuit training and let me know how you go . Thank you to The French PT client Robyn for doing a great job demonstrating this movement . A dumbbell can also be used in place of a kettlebell if you do not have one available .
25.01.2022 Hi guys, JB here. I am currently in France visiting familly but the training never stops. Took the opportunity to get the kids outside in the sunshine and excited about exercise with a junior bootcamp! Hope you are keeping all healthy and safe.

07.01.2022 Back to the gym! Great news this week with gyms across NSW reopening and while were all keen to get back in there I recommend you dont push yourself too hard in the first week back. Rather than risk injury, train lighter than you had previously been before isolation. Reduce your weights and slowly build back to where you had previously been. Circuit based training is another great way to ease your body back into the gym.... Take it easy and most enjoy!

Set time 50action/10rest for 5 rounds of these 4 exercices : 1) Any variation of jumping jack 2) Box jumping squat 3) Kettlebell/dumbbell swing 4)Kettlebell/dumbbell "full crunch" Finisher : 10 rounds of 150 m hill sprint / jog down hill Enjoy!
