24.01.2022 Hooly Dooly! Yumm! I have had kimchi with heaps of turmeric and an experiment of coleslaw fermenting in brine only since March this year. I put in so three months ferment and 1 week in fridge. The kimchi is a little hot but flavour is great ( time to learn to love heat) and the slaw is so amazing I wish I had made more. I feel it won't last long. So so good!

02.01.2022 I love the crew behind Food Matters. I myself have felt a lot of disbelief in the negative and hateful comments that have been put out there to do with these and a few other topics lately. I wonder what must be going on in someone's life to be so negative, hateful and presumably so close minded. The world is a beautiful place and there are so many positive movements to do with whole health for the planet and communities and for so many individuals. Please beautiful people be... kind to yourselves and to others, be understanding of each other's journey and be confident of your own. Find out what works for you or not. I myself am not where I want to be yet with physical health but everyday I gain more knowledge and power within my own journey and I know that my journey is positive and the ripple affect on the people around me is beautiful.
