Custom built Mondrian office with concealed workspace, filing drawer, pull out keyboard desk and printer cupboard. Coloured panels are push latched and flip up doors.

15.01.2022 Do you remember a Barrel of Monkeys? This is our son Rupert. For some fun we have cut out some large monkeys in mdf. Hang then from the ceiling or in a tree. Can be easily painted.... The original game was created in 1965. The instructions on the bottom of the barrel stated "Dump monkeys onto table. Pick up one monkey by an arm. Hook other arm through a second monkey's arm. Continue making a chain. Your turn is over when a monkey is dropped." Life used to be simple ! We are selling "a bag of monkeys" for $35 (free postage in Aus).

12.01.2022 A taste of our new designs in plywood and osb. The Starry Night Moon Bed for kids. Built in bookshelf as headboard, moon shaped hood that in real life will have stars cut into it. We are making trundles to go under the bed for storage and a rod at the of the moon to hang a light, mobile or for children to create a cubby with a curtain. We are hoping to have our new products asap but Johns time seems to be consummed with quotes and custom designs so hopefully it will ready beginning of next month. There will be samples that will need a home after the photo shoot at special mates rates. If you are interested email me [email protected]

08.01.2022 When I was expecting my first baby, and had more energy!, I spent time creating a room for him to remember. I went down to laura ashley in High st and bought what was for me then really expensive fabric "the cow jumped over the moon". My grandmother made curtains and i matched it with moon sheets etc. We still have the curtains and they were hung in all three childrens rooms when little. I have memories myself of my various childhood rooms. Attached is an article about creating childrens spaces (including a martian embassy in Sydney) and tips for decorating a childrens room.

07.01.2022 There is a bit of spring in the air today. I read this article from "zen habits" this morning. I dont know about you but winter has zapped my energy and as soon as the sun comes out my motivation returns.
07.01.2022 Thanks to one of our "great" customers, who asked us to make her a sliding bookcase/door, we now have developed a new product. The butchers rail was engineered by John and looks fantastic. We learnt a lot about heavy sliding shelves and look forward to making many more. This bookcase added a sense of fun to an already cosy home and we appreciated the opportunity to make it. If you have an idea for your shelving/storage we are happy to explore it.
