25.01.2022 Beautiful symbolism.
24.01.2022 With the 'current situation' (trying to avoid the "C" word), this quote from Victor Hugo is a peaceful reminder of the truth. Eventually, the sun will rise - and this applies to much in our lives. The recent changes to how we are operating as a centre are still in force. For more info, visit www.griefcentrewa.org.au... Please don't hesitate to send us a Private Message through messenger if you need a little one-to-one chat. We can't promise an immediate response but we'll get back to you ASAP. Much love to you all.

22.01.2022 Things are pretty tough around the world. Our in person support groups are still closed and we all know how important human interaction is during our grief journey. We can't change what's happened but we can change what we're doing to try and lead towards our long term goals of peace and a fulfilling life. Stay strong, everyone. Much love to you all.
20.01.2022 Think about what really matters to you.
20.01.2022 Harry Potter could be the poster child for #NationalGriefAwarenessDay. As he lost one friend after another in the battle against Voldemort, we witnessed and even shared his grief. Today and every day, remember this: Grieving hurts, but it is natural, normal, and healthy.

19.01.2022 Forgiveness prevents their behaviour from destroying your heart. Definitely easier said than done.
19.01.2022 Forgive often and love with all your heart.
18.01.2022 The heartache of suicide loss is often a deep and lonely journey. The Grief Centre of Western Australia recognises this and offers support, compassion and healing pathways for the road ahead. Weekly Grief Support Groups, and specialist Grief Counselling Sessions, are available in-person (at Tuart Hill) and on-line to offer support and understanding for family and friends of people who have died by suicide. Please be in touch if you, or some-one you know, is seeking this care. See also the link below to gain insight on grief associated with suicide, especially for men.
