14.01.2022 Last week we had some visitors in the salon as Jody prepares to ease back into the salon in the coming weeks and months. She can’t wait to see you all again but timing is very limited at the moment so please be patient with her as she transitions into the working Mum life.

10.01.2022 We have been taking every precautionary measure here at The Hair Cafe but there has still been an exposure to someone with a positive reading to the Covid 19 test. So for the safety of staff and clients set out by the Federal Government and the National Health Department of Australia we are following the 14 day period of exposure and pressing pause. We are learning so much each day about the Covid 19 situation like the rest of you and are hoping to be back up and running wit...h an extra sparkling clean salon by Friday but bearing in mind things can change daily. Further tests are underway of our staff so at this point no client has been exposed directly to someone with a positive Covid 19 test reading for a healthy result for all. We will keep you all informed as this situation evolves. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but the safety of our staff and clients come before hair. If you are unwell or have returned from overseas we urge you to call us to reschedule your appointment. We would like to look after all our clients but we must consider our own health aswell, so if you do arrive for your appointment unwell we will be asking you to make a new appointment in a couple of weeks time. 06.01.2022 After all being in isolation we were really looking forward to coming back into the salon and taking care of our clients but are now feeling a little vulnerable. Then the Government flipping and changing with what we can and can’t do we have decided to take the next couple of days to be at home and will all sit down together (1.5m apart) and decide if we will be back again next week. We apologize for the inconvenience, it’s not that we don’t want to see you and do your hair, it’s that we want to make sure we all stay healthy x
