Principal Glenn Olive said it’s their first all school assembly since March. Students were inspecting the helicopter and participated in a presentation on bike safety.

25.01.2022 Today we were visited by the RACQ Capricorn Rescue Helicopter and the RACQ Education team. The RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service is a community based, non-profit and registered charity. The service operates a dedicated aeromedical and search and rescue service in the Central Queensland region. Our students and staff are so fortunate to have been given this very unique opportunity to see the helicopter up close, hear from the crew and participate in discussions with the education team. What a fantastic morning!

The winning House (students and staff) will be treated to a pizza party at first lunch on our final Wonderful Wednesday! The final weekly focus for our learners is to ACCEPT CHALLENGES
10.01.2022 A reminder that tomorrow, Thursday 17th September is our National Pyjama Day free dress fundraiser. Students are encouraged to come along in their PJs to support the Pyjama Angels. Students are able to come along in other free dress options as an alternative to pyjamas if they wish. A gold coin donation is also welcomed.

09.01.2022 This morning before learning commenced our Prep, Year 1 and Year 2 students were treated to a musical performance by our Senior Boys Choir. Well done to Mrs Hiron and the boys. It was absolutely fantastic and a great way to start our Friday!
08.01.2022 On Tuesday morning students from Years 3-6 will participate in the Brisbane Heat /Woolworths Cricket Blast school program. The program has plenty of action, including the Brisbane Heat inflatables and prizes for the students. Unfortunately parents are unable to come in to the grounds to watch. If you have any queries regarding the school program, please contact the office. The Brisbane Heat Summer of Cricket Tour is sponsored by the Department of Transport and Main Roads. As part of the tour, they are also launching their Summer of Cricket event at The Rockhampton Cricket Grounds from 4:30pm to 6:00pm.
