22.01.2022 Hi all! Due to the space recommendations that have been put in place the healing room will not be holding yoga sessions until further notice. Sam is however intending to run sessions at her property in Sedgwick every Sunday afternoon commencing from 29th March. Please message either Sam or I if you are interested!!

21.01.2022 Happy 2020! We are starting yoga up again!! Sam will be running sessions on Tuesday 28th January at 5:30 - 6:30 pm and Sunday 2nd February at 5-6pm.... It is a gentle and general class Sessions will run each week and they are $15 per session PM if you need anymore information. Namaste!!
