21.01.2022 What 2021 will hold in this space. I will bring your family and mine a year of joy, adventure and connection, through a love of healthy living and fitness. I will share with you my journey as I follow my passion to create a world that is limitless in possibilities, allowing every family to live abundantly, and that can be fostered through moving and fueling your body, learning and adapting, setting intentions, and practicing gratitude.... Each week I will share a family adventure that promotes movement and fun, an exercise, a Young Living Oil and product (as these products are changing my family and my life), a nutritious meal for the whole family, a podcast or book recommendation, and so much more. The most exciting thing that will begin in February is, I will launch my health and fitness programs for everyone interested in Personal Training, small group fitness or larger fitness initiatives in the local Meeniyan area and online. Some will be free, where I will post where I am working out and anyone is welcome to come and join me. I hope to get a program for women up and running where we play team sports in a round robin fashion. Two teams playing, while other teams watch kids or officiate. I will also open up limited spaces for Personal training and development. More on this to come but I will use a flexible booking schedule for you to book your private or small group session (you get your group together and I run the session for you). Each of these can be one off, short term to give you the skills you need to workout in your own time, or a regular booking as needed. They all will include accountability for all members and goal setting. Even more exciting but later in the year I will also include my weight management sessions and programs. Where we will overhaul your life to help you be free of diets and body insecurities through balanced nutrition, movement, psychological strategies, and help you love yourself again and forever. I’m excited and I hope you are too!

When I was young I played a lot of team sports and worked extremely hard to further my skills and the success I accumulated from that. 10.01.2022 OMG so me this week. This mumma needs some peace!

09.01.2022 Today was the first day back to somewhat normal for me and man did I feel some freedom. This has not been the case for my kids through. They have been obviously anxious for a few days and at the end of today exhausted and emotional. So this is my quick reminder to all to make sure they have time tonight to sit down and debrief on the day that was. I like to journal write daily and tonight I will also journal write for Matilda, as Jordyn does her own. If it is good for you, it is amazing for them. Please take the time to connect and discuss all those emotions before bed and if you're an essential oil girl like me tonight I will be using the tranquil (young living blend) in their rooms and valour on their feet.

08.01.2022 Instil purpose not perfection in your children. Because with purpose they can ride through the peaks and flows, bounce back in adversity, as they are driven towards a goal but perfection is pressure, it is not retainable, and it often leads to failure and fear to try again.

But I am firm in my belief that if you are true to yourself and serving your needs, happy and loving your life, your kids will to. The same goes for your relationships too. Be the change you want to see in your kids!
