22.01.2022 Made these delicious cookies for a weekend treat, they are so good and very filling PROTEIN CHOC CHIP COOKIES INGRSDIENTS Cup of natural peanut butter... cup coconut sugar 2tbsp coconut flour 1 egg 1 egg white tsp vanilla extract tsp baking soda cup of Rebuild Strength protein powder cup dark choc chips or carob chips DIRECTIONS Melt peanut butter Mix all ingredients together Roll into balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper Press to slightly flatten Bake for about 10 minutes or until light brown
