22.01.2022 HI all, I hope you are all well. I have been super busy with contracts I've been working on but finally I think things are settling day now which give me a little freedom to focus on the other areas needing my attention. Has everyone received his notice? I only just received mine but yes it has been voted in.

12.01.2022 Hi all, I had made it very clear I will not be paying my strata for the first $6500.00 from what I was ripped of by Bridgette Goodwin. Given the committee members where aware and strata dynamics were aware and I have the email proof I will only start paying after the 6.5k is due and removed. I suggest if the same thing happened to yourself you may want to do the same to recover your funds apart from Andrew as he stated he did not care that he gave money to Bridgette and was ...aware of the situation. We have to remember the committee members put there hand up to be part of the board and therefore have a duty of care and a responsibility to the home owners of The Hub apartments. There was clearly a failure on their part failing to inform the home owners. We have a lot of new owners in the last couple of years who should have been informed but were not! In the previously meeting I attended, I was asked to leave on multiple occasions because Bridgette did not want to attend while I was there. I had to point out I was legally able to be there as a home owner. It was made clear to me I was not alowed to say a word. What was interesting was that there was no mention about Bridgette and the money she was steeling from everyone until the committee meeting was closed. Once closed it was then raised about what she was doing. This was to ensure it was not posted in the minutes of the meeting. I know the temporary care takers also made it clear they did not care that you were being ripped off and made that very clear in the committee meeting In front of everyone! Sadly this lady is now on the committee board representing us. I questioned her why in the world she asked to be in the committee given she made it very clear she did not care about the home owners? She said she cared about the building. There are time when I will go quite based on my work load but I will always return to continue to fight for what's right. I noticed when I was there two weeks ago level 5 exit light was not working for 2 days.

12.01.2022 Hey everyone, please let everyone know about this page as it is important we all are able to communicate freely. It’s really nice to be able to see some faces of the owners. We do this with our apartment owners in Sydney and it works a treat! ... We even had a break in and were able to notify all the neighbours immediately, same with cars blocking areas and so on! Welcome and I really look forward to seeing and meeting you all on Monday.

04.01.2022 I am still going down the road of a class action against Strata Dynamics and the board members at the time for failing to inform the home owners and covering up what what happening behind the scenes with Bridgette Goodwin stealing peoples money. If you would like to be part of the class action, please just send me a quick message with your contact mobile so I can add you to our group and get things rolling. If you know a no win no pay lawyer lets get them on board or I will do some calling around with some of my legal friends to find someone so we do not have to pay money up front unless we win the case which I am very very confident we will given I have all the emails and documents.

01.01.2022 Hey everyone. Does everyone want to meet at the hub apartments reception area at 4pm on Sunday to cover a few things prior to the meeting! As you know there are some key things that need to happen! I am still receiving emails from people who lost money! The list does not seem to stop! I am extremely disappoint how Strata and the committee allowed this to continue for so many years. Anyway we need to possibly work out a plan and start looking forward! ... Let me know if Sunday at 4pm is good.
