22.01.2022 The POWER of a morning routine What is it that you do first thing in the morning? Hit the snooze button? Do you check your phone, scroll down Facebook, check whats-app, or read work email? Whatever you do in the morning though, it matters.... How you start your morning will set your day up. Firstly - you need a reason for your morning routine .. the WHY behind what you do. If waking up early to watch the sunrise, exercise, stretch, mediate is your way of ME time .. then you are on the right track .. If drinking water and lemon first up is your way of nurturing your body .. then your on the right track .. If reading and journaling is your way learning and of expressing yourself .. the your on the right track . Everyone creates their own morning routines & your not expected to follow it 100% everyday . But whatever works for you .. keep rolling with it & things that don’t serve you - I suggest you leave behind

This 45min session involves a warm-up and cool-down, bodyweight exercises, running drills, and fun exercises with a partner. Full body functional moments usually with minimal equipment. This weeks class timetable kicks off with Monday morning 645am bootcamp, followed by Tuesday 530pm ready set run, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday AM sessions!!
