25.01.2022 To all our wonderful Hunter Valley Cheese Lovers: Our team are working towards opening on the 1/7/20. The COVID-19 shutdown has also shutdown our milk supply & cheese production. We hope to make over the next two weeks. Meanwhile our team has been renovating and refurbishing our Cheese rooms and we will commence re-instating our boutique Cheese Factory on-site in July also. Exciting News ... I know our regulars have been waiting waiting waiting for us to open, if I can send or deliver anything please PM me, if you would like to know when we actually open pop your name in the comments - otherwise thanks for your patience we cannot wait to get back to Cheese production and welcoming our visitors to our new look Cheese rooms.
