25.01.2022 Meet Jaimee Millar - fashion designer and avid recycler She's spent a decade studying and working in the fashion industry globally, from designing luxury fashion for New York Fashion Week, to sorting through garbage bags of discarded clothing waste in Warrnambool. Her idea is to create a fashion business that includes a clothing label, recycled textile production and a retail outlet to divert clothing and textile waste from landfill and re-purpose it as a circular resour...ce. She'll be one of six finalists competing for a share of $20,000 in funding at our Pitch Night and Wrap Party tomorrow night (September 19) at the Fletcher Jones Factory from 7pm.
