Dion Pfisterer and his gorgeous partner Jelena Devi joining us for a session with the Calabash (giant gourds from Africa. He is bringing about 15 of them to play and/or purchase if you want one. The workshop will combine drumming and dance together called Be Rhythm Feeling a fusion session of drumming and dance where well both teach and have half the group drumming and the other half dancing at the sa...me time. Well drop into our internal rhythm centre, the heart beat and from there explore creative rhythm and movement. 07.01.2022 These are challenging times my dear friends. Working in the hospitality industry I am witnessing first-hand peoples personal trauma's as their livelihoods are being taken away virtually overnight. But in the same breath, I am inspired by the human spirit, many of these customers with whom I have dealt with for over a decade, We chat on the phone I can feel their love as we laugh it off and agree to see each other at the other end of the tunnel when this shit is over. But how ...do we, No how have I taken steps not to trip in the dark tunnel that lies ahead? With the extra free time I have on hand I have increased my meditation periods. Now, this is what I do and let me share it with you right now. Concentrating on my breath I visualise the beautiful golden light as I inhale it through my nostril and deep into my belly. With each breath I allow that life-giving chi to swirl and glow in my body. Visualise it as it fills every crevice in your body. Look for the dark spots, the areas of pain or fear or sadness that burden you right now and replace them with the light. Let me tell you another secret. There is also a beautiful Divine Essence that is being offered to all of us right now, I want to share it with you and all we have to do is ask. After you read this passage I invite you to shut your eyes, take a number of deep breaths and and merely ask. "Divine Essence, I invite you into my body right now to help me through these trying times". Breath some more and feel the Grace. I dont choose KAOS, I choose Ease and Grace. Also I have been using a lovely saying by Florence Scovel Shinn more than ever. " I bless and prosper everyone in my world and everyone in my world blesses and prospers me" We are blessed
