This Friday we will be adding Sheridans traditional 3 week dry-cured back bacon rashers with a choice of natural and smoked flavour. Sheridan bacon is made using natural salts and spices with no added water or pre-cooked, Sheridan bacon tastes the way bacon should taste! We will also be adding Sheridan's potato bread farls to the mix this Friday. Our delivery day of fresh stock to Point Cook for Sheridan products is every Friday. See more

Customers who tried the final recipe this week have already complimented us directly with positive feedback to much delight. We are now confident in promoting our Dolmen puddings around Melbourne and beyond starting from next week.
