24.01.2022 Well into week 2 and finally i broke the junk food in food court habbit on shopping day and happily had my Chocolate Cream Crisp Bar instead! Felt so much better for it this afternoon and swapped my sluggish Thursday nap with kids for a walk around the block while the weather is still nice enough to do so!

It was hard...3km felt like 10km use to...i was slower than i use to be Half full I did it...3km is a better starting point than when i took up running last time...iam going again today! 08.01.2022 This week marks the half way mark of this 16 week challenge. I wasn't going to post today as my results are far from what i had hoped and it made my mind wander into wishing this was week 36 of pregnancy rather than week 8 of a isabody challenge. Tomorrow I will be back on track but for this arvo i will sit by the fire and be greatful for all I have and miss a little of what we wont xx #Imok

That is for a sandwich/wrap/sushi and a drink.....to all of you who say it's too expensive please calculate what you spent this week....this program is affordable, convenient and great for your health!
