19.01.2022 You may remember I made this piece on the morning of 23rd May the morning after the dreadful attack on Londoners and tourists visiting our capital. I felt I had... to make some thing happy and joyful with waking to the dreadful news. I made this piece and knew I would like it to help in someway. I did not mention my intentions as I wanted the work to sell on its own merit. But knew that on selling it I would donate the sold price to help in some way. Yesterday I sold the piece to a lovely lady in America who has several of my pieces already and today on another day of an attack on our community I can now donate the money to Hope Not Hate in memory of those that have died or been injured in the recent hateful events and in memory of Jo Cox.Only love and understanding will move things forward, and people out there like Jo Cox have the courage to do that.
