25.01.2022 All set up for a morning at Tasmania's Own Market down at Salamanca. Here till 1.30 and hope to see some of our old friends - lots of other goodies down here including fresh veggies, flowers, bread, gifts ... And parking is not the issue it would 'normally' be for Salamanca Market - if you haven't visited yet do come and see what's on offer!
24.01.2022 OK so its not quite that bad here today but tomorrow's forecast does not really spell juice! We are keeping an eye on Sunday's forecast before we decide whether we call a long weekend - we will post our decision tomorrow meanwhile - Stay warm!
24.01.2022 Planning for our first Saturday at Tasmania's Own Market - with the news that the price of oranges just sky rocketed! So contemplating our menu = rock up on Saturday and see what we settle on - definitely Hot Apple!
14.01.2022 And if you are looking for lunch and passing by we have traditional thick and hearty pumpkin soup with sourdough bread and a little cheese and parsley if you like to top it off. Soup itself is vegan and gluten free. Made from beautiful grey and butternut pumpkins available right here at Meredith's Orchard where we are parked 10 to about 3.3 Saturday and Sunday Different soup tomorrow ...

12.01.2022 Beautiful day down the Channel and smoothies to match - avocado and honey and tangelo, orange and strawberry - and thinking through the menu for next Saturday when we start at the new Tasmania's Own Market in Salamanca Place - the Market we have when we don't have Salamanca Market! Hope to see some of you there - meantime tell us what your favourite juices and smoothies are - ones we make or ones you would like us to make!!

10.01.2022 Beautiful day at Meredith's Orchard with great juices, smoothies and a traditional Leek and potato soup. Tomorrow we will be at the first Cygnet Market of the season and look forward to seeing many of our friends from the Huon Valley who we have missed over the winter shut down. Along with juice, smoothies and veggie soup we will have a few father's Day treats and fresh flowers
08.01.2022 Wonderful to be back in our normal spot at Salamanca - hopefully set for the summer! Looking forward to seeing more of our regulars now we are easier to find. We have had to put a shot price on ginger juice for the time being as the price of ginger has sky rocketed and does not look like coming down anytime soon!
05.01.2022 Given cloud down to ground level outside, everything dripping wet and the rain starting again we are choosing the fire! We recommend warming your choice of juice in a pan and adding a few extras-honey, lemon, ginger, cinnamon, chilli - experiment - and join us in front of the fire. See you next Saturday at the new Tasmania's Own Market in Salamanca Place from 8.30am - 1.30pm opposite our friends at Salamanca Fresh; hope to be back at Meredith's Orchard on Sunday
05.01.2022 Given our wonderful 'tank filling' weather today we have decided to take a break and stay in the warm listening to tanks fill! We will be back at Meredith's Orchard next weekend and then the following Saturday 29 August at the new Tasmania's own Market - had a great time there yesterday and fantastic to see so many familiar faces and catch up with old friends!

Brave the showers and come down and say hello - we even have oranges!
