This is a pine mushroom, and come every autumn, beautiful orange mushrooms start showing up everywhere in Australia, from market stalls - like @patrickfarmfresh at The Junction Markets, and restaurant menus. These tasty mushrooms are even more special given they're only available for a short window of time! ... So hurry down to the markets.
