14.01.2022 Family Favourite; Honey, Blackberry Chicken Stir-Fry With this recipe we used Cooking Honey instead of Blackberry (left over from extracting wax) as has a very Strong Honey taste.

02.01.2022 Here is recipe I used for damper (in oven, not on fire. If you do on fire just watch as it was charcoal with 1/2 hour).. We had no Figs so I just had Honey (of course). Butter milk was just normal milk with 2 tbls Vinegar.. It was so moist and delish. Perfect for those who have our fresh honey to drizzle over

To think Elli is now beekeeping over 60 years later just like her Great Grandfather, I am so so proud and so excited to think tradition can continue
