25.01.2022 The Kibarelli Experience are inviting all visitors to Bruce Rock during the Vietnam Vets "week" to take full advantage of the twice-daily tours to one of the fabulous broadacre farms in the Bruce Rock Shire. The tours last two hours, include a fab home-cooked morning or afternoon tea, as well as the farm visit. Kibarelli's bus leaves the main street at 9.00am and 2.00pm sharp Monday to Friday that week (starting 2nd November). Only $55 per person.

25.01.2022 Don't forget to tune into Channel 7 tomorrow at 12.30 to see Kibarelli Tour's feature on Project WA!!

24.01.2022 AND... if you have a bunch of people here for a convention and are sick of the same-old urban-based conventions centres... contact us for a "far from the madding crowd" experience... blast the city cob-webs out of their thinking and let them expand their ideas among the wide-open farming landscapes of the Eastern Wheatbelt... we can organise it with you..... you will want to come back.

24.01.2022 Our new "Art & Craft" tours are starting on first weekend in August - departing from Perth Friday afternoon, 5th August, and returning Sunday afternoon, 7th. The tour was inspired by a keen photography-club member in Perth who visited our farm. He was blown away by "all the things" he could take photos of, that he just had to offer the chance for others to come up here and luxuriate in the abundance of subject matter !! :) So give us call to book your seat... all foo...d, accommodation and transport are taken care of. The tour bus comes and goes from Burswood train station... nice a central. Bring you cameras and prepare for a feast of clicking....the native orchids will be out, the colours of tree bark are so alluring, the old farm machinery is sitting out its days among the bush and weeds... then there's the night sky !!! MAN.. that night sky!! Not forgetting the "see for miles" views.. and too much to mention. Book at ticket quick as cos we expect the photography club members might want to snap up this opportunity. PS: if we are inundated with bookings.. well, we will just have to put on another tour.!!! See more

23.01.2022 Sorry that I'm a beginner at FB posting of details from a leaflet.... see if this works - Page 1.... Page 2 in another post.

20.01.2022 OKAaaay..... get your bags sorted, go grab a few like-minded mates, and book yourselves on the first Wheatbelt GEO-TOUR, ever by Kibarelli... !!! It coincides with the 50th Anniversary of the huge earthquake that wreaked havoc at Meckering - which will be the weekend of 13th & 14th October this year (Saturday & Sunday). The tour leaves Perth at 8.00am - stays overnight in the Wheatbelt on Saturday, and turns up in Meckering on Sunday in time to commemorate the very moment - 5...0 years ago - that the community was changed forever. In the meantime, we will visit lots of sites with geological characteristics found in our Yilgarn Craton - now known to have the oldest land mass on earth.... 4,300+ million years old. [Makes 50 years seem so tiny weeny!!] Full details will be posted on Monday - times, tour itinerary, how much, where we stay and so on. 20 people minimum on the tour and 30 maximum (nice-sized group!).

17.01.2022 Getting ready for the Geo-Tour weekend.. Bonus for everyone will be the wildflowers... they are in abundance... a coupla examples here...

Starting with our 4+billion year old Yilgarn Craton and icing on the cake, the ancient, ancient river channel that runs over 1,000 kms from South-Eastern Lake Grace, North through Eastern Wheatbelt, then heads West until it spills into the Indian Ocean as..... the Swan River. It includes our world-famous Wave Rock; Australia's sec...ond largest ROCK... Kokerbin Rock...; our palaeochannel confluence at Caroline Gap (Kellerberrin Shire),; Meckering Earthquake site and our earlier-Ice Age, glacier-affected landscape.... stand at the edge of Belka Valley and you can see across the 40km ALmost-flat divide clearly spanning all the way to Muntadgin. Really.... everyone in WA can marvel at our truly amazing and ancient Geology... book your seats!!! Grab your Geology-group friends and get in early before the rush. Looking forward to hearing from you. See more

(over 100 ml, or 4 inches, and some areas received almost double that of rain in March/April).... creeks are still trickling.....the waters are meeting at the "River Confluence" near Mt Caroline... So if you want to tour this amazing Region... just give us a call... we can do singles, couples and groups up to 45.... for a day, a weekend, a week... even up to 30 days. The opportunity is yours for the taking... call.

06.01.2022 Wonderful weekend with the Photography Tour group from Friday 18th to Sunday just gone. Some of the wildflowers are budding including a few orchids - lots of pics there. Plus shots of farming sheds, machinery, tractors, farmers... crops... animals... (Dexter cattle, chooks, miniature horses, etc). As well we visited Bruce Rock with it massively wide main street, and a well-stocked Museum... plus the hamlet town of Shackleton - with Australia's smallest bank, and a pub tha...t serves really-worth-it meals. On Sunday the Hampton Hoon was part of the tour itinerary - no... no... not hooning cars...... instead racing Husky dogs!!! Temperatures at Hampton View farm (just South of Southern Cross) are perfectly chilly for Huskies.. they start at 6.00am for 3 hrs then break until sunset before the next string of events. The NIGHT SKY was so perfect, as well... no moon in the way, nor clouds... just magnificient stars and the Milky Way showing its creamy best. A truly great weekend Tour. Message me if you want to be included in the next event - 3 weekends in September and 3 in October this year (which takes in the Bruce Rock Show) - then the Vietnam Vets' Weekend in November 3rd-5th. As well, plans for our first Geo-Tour ...touring the Wheatbelt's ancient ancient landform ... is also just about to take off. There is a 4-day tour and a 5-day tour being finalised which will take travellers to our planet's oldest land... the Yilgarn Craton.. also the part of Earth which has been above water longer than anywhere else.... no wonder we have so many wildflowers !! If you are interested in being part of the first tour, please let us know and we will save you a seat... plus you will be the first to find out the dates. In the Wheatbelt we have several "world famous" artists and craftists and have arranged tours (2 days to 5 days) for like-minded who would love to spend time arting/crafting or just looking at and appreciating the fine works others are up to. Call us... 0458 664 037. Get your group 20-30 people together and we will lovingly take you around.

05.01.2022 Pics of people enjoying their day at the markets in Tammin - Highway 94. The unique smell of a fleece, full of lanolin... always brings back memories of helping out in the shearing shed and of dad telling me Shearing Time was about the ONLY time he ever got his hands completely clean of all the grease and grime you get working on a farm. Fabulous experience - kids loved it. The other pic is of greeting cards a local lady makes.... they are SOOOO artistic and I keep telling her to put up the price... never get this quality at such an affordable price in "the cities". Pics were taken by a local lady, Tania Daniels.

03.01.2022 This is one AMAZING year in the world of Nature....1. we've had rain since March, 2. Our creeks are flowing for days after the rain stopped - the ground is just saturated. 3. Baandee Lake river has been flowing since March and is now FRESH water.. so much so that fresh-water birds are nesting there. 4. Swans landed on the Baandee Lake river that runs across the Doodlakine-Bruce Rock Road = fresh water. 5. The Pink Pokers have been flowering since March. 6. The wildflowers are so full of watery goodness some of them are already flowering.... 6 weeks ahead of "norm". This year promises to be one of THE BEST EVER for WILDFLOWERS. Start planning your visit - grab a gang of 20, call me and I will tour you around... and love it!!

03.01.2022 What happens in the little things also happens in the big things.... or something similar. This IS the Experience with Kibarelli. Have to say....... it really is an imperative all us humans (especially those living in jam-packed city conditions) give ourselves the pleasure of delighting in Nature..... there is none of this "he said-she said", drama-laden stress involved here in Nature. Nature is real.... not a mental construct. Smell the ladybirds.

02.01.2022 Antarctica as seen from Space.

01.01.2022 Amazing photos of the incredible people and places on our tour
