05.01.2022 This Thursday is R U OK? DAY. RUOK is about how we can all take care of ourselves and look out for each other’s wellbeing. This is always important but it seems to be even more so during COVID19 where many are feeling more pressured and stressed. Asking the simple question R U OK? can make a world of difference. RUOK helps us to think about how we notice that someone may not be feeling OK or that circumstances may be a little difficult for them at present. We can find it hard to know how to approach someone that we are worried about. Over the week we will be sharing information with our staff on how to ask R U OK? and most importantly what to say after R U OK? There are some excellent resources at the R U OK? website to guide you and suggestions on how you can help

01.01.2022 COVID-19 Testing at TKDH We recently identified some telecommunication issues in relation to the COVID-19 booking phone number. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have now implemented a new process to ensure if we are unable to answer your call the first time, you can leave a message and one of our nursing team will return your call as soon as possible. Due to decreased demand for testing, clinic times are subject to change. Please call 5734 2024 to book a COVID-19 test, even if you have mild symptoms.
