19.01.2022 Another step forward. Just returned from Hawaii, having spent time with a remarkable group of human beings; many of whom were in Alaska in June last year for the 'first leg'. Don't be fooled by the pretty faces, there are some powerful women and men gathered here! I include that young Lady sitting on Daddy's shoulders as well! This little one is here to Make A Difference. And will. And I don't mean the antiquated 'power over' type of power that is represented so often on the ...7 O'Clock News, but the kind of power needed to be expressed by all of us at this remarkably pivotal time in our History. The Earth doesn't need 'saving', as many express and believe, but it does seek Connection. Or rather Re-Connection. With us all. Time to step up. Marching in the streets and burning our bras is ineffective. Besides, I've run out of bras. There is a new way. And it's not coming. It's here now See more
19.01.2022 Every decision you make - every decision - is not a decision about what to do. It's a decision about Who You Are. When you see this, when you understand it, everything changes. You begin to see life in a new way. All events, occurrences, and situations turn into opportunities ... to do what you came here to do." Neale Donald Walsch See more
19.01.2022 Took some time out over the past few days to assist 'Parks Victoria' Rangers and volunteers from various Bush Walking Clubs to undertake track remediation work in the Bunyip State Park, following Bush Fires last Summer. It rained every day and night, and the trails were mushy and leech infested, but we were dressed accordingly and there were no complaints. Each evening we returned to the local Hall which had been set up for Recovery, and Community rebuilding; and it was easy ...to see that the fires had been been stopped 3 metres from the hall, where the closest trees were. All were blackened, some to be saved, others to be removed and replaced over time. A great deal of chain saw work, pruning and raking was required. I was very impressed by the attitude, skillset and enthusiasm demonstrated by the Rangers. There will be months of hard work yet, before this particular Park will be re-opened to the Public. And it's only a small % of the area badly damaged. Hopefully they will receive the level of funding required to rebuild the Community. Despite the short term discomfort, I really do enjoy the Teamwork involved, and will continue to make time to assist where I can. After all the heavy rain, snow is now falling, so we will need to be patient. See more
18.01.2022 Another very pleasant day out with fellow members of Strzlecki Bush Walking Club, based in Gippsland. Fine sunny day of about 18 degrees. What made the day even better was the news that fire ravaged areas in New South Wales and Queensland were receiving much needed initial rainfall as we walked. Not enough to quench the Bushfires, but a start. For dear friends, the follow up rains can't come quick enough! If you are a Rain Bringer, start your Work now, please! I don't mind walking in the rain!
17.01.2022 YOU have the power. from Joe Martino of Collective Evolution Which means, WE decide how our world changes.... Now, what does that mean? How does that look in REAL LIFE? Simple, let's say you are raising awareness about something and you want to take it to a local government. What energy are you going to bring to a representative? One of anger? Judgement? Fear? Panic? Or are you going to shift past those lower emotions and bring a different approach that creates an environment for real change? When we say consciousness shifts our reality, what that means is simply what consciousness are you bringing into your daily life and interactions? It doesn't mean you sit back, be passive and just meditate, it means taking a good look at who you are, your patterns, your habits and shifting those things so they no longer control and run you. THAT shift creates new energy when you enter into the actions you take. You don't create change by meeting fear with fear or government with anger etc. You create change by shifting beyond the need for what our systems are trying to show us about ourselves. You have the power to do that, and when you do, and we do as a collective, our world will continue to shift in a big way.

14.01.2022 "Let Go And Let God" A thought provoker from Chris Cade One person might interpret it as this: "I feel helpless. I don't know what to do. I can't do anything else. I've done all I can do... or at least all I want to do. I'll defer my authority to somebody or something else and just do my best to accept whatever consequences may happen."... This latter example is somebody who lacks authentic power. That person believes (consciously and subconsciously) that he or she is unable to affect change in the world. Often people in this mindset see things as happening "to" them rather than happening "for" them. (or even one step further, they don't see themselves AS the happening itself) They adopt a victim mentality because their feelings of helplessness disable them from seeing themselves accurately. And by extension, they are unable to see reality accurately. Another way to interpret "Let go and let God" is this: "I've done my best. Worrying won't help the situation and it won't make me feel any better. I'll let it go now and trust that whatever happens is for the highest good." This is an example of somebody who lives in his or her authentic power. Simultaneously, that person recognizes that certain things are always going to be beyond him or her. When we live in this space, we recognize that the outcomes of situation (positive or negative) do not reflect upon our self-worth. They simply are the consequences of many many different aspects of reality coming together. We are who we are, we do our best, and everything else that results is the optimal outcome given all that has previously occurred. People with this mindset often see things happening "for" them -- not happening "to" them. In other words, they don't see themselves as victims. The difference between those two interpretations is profound. Whether we realize it or not, most of us identify with the first victim-like example more often than we realize. In fact, this kind of thinking is a natural consequence of childhood... That time when we were physically, mentally, and emotionally dependent upon our caretakers to provide for us. Sometimes we truly were helpless within certain contexts and our life experience and we had to accept, to the best of our abilities, whatever happened to us. That was the past though, and it doesn't have to be our future.
13.01.2022 MENTAL HEALTH WELLNESS TIPS FOR SELF ISOLATION - give yourself and your family a smoother ride through this time: 1. Stick to a routine. Go to sleep and wake up at a reasonable time, if helpful, write a daily schedule that is varied and includes time for work as well as relaxation and self-care. 2. Dress for the social life you want, not the social life you have. Get showered and dressed in comfortable clothes, wash your face, brush your teeth. Take the time for a bath. Put o...Continue reading

09.01.2022 Another pleasant Walk with Strzlecki Bush Walking Club today. Coastal area to my South. Intermittent drizzle, but not much wind. Great day, with great company! Larger Groups to be allowed soon, as the restrictions ease!
09.01.2022 From one of my Collaborators, Jennifer Hough, in Canada: "Time to create forward instead of fixing backwards." ... ~ Jennifer Hough Hey Trevor: Have you been feeling, or even seeing, some of the polarity out there these days, from the Plandemic Video to the conspiracies from every angle. My goodness, it’s a lot for me, too. Here are my two cents, based on a deep understanding of applied physics and how our glorious lives work within this gorgeous world. My instincts say don't get caught up in the hype or controversies, as they are a distraction. Face forward and create the world you want, if you are going to use your energy for anything. We can all agree that the world could be better, but we can’t all agree on the reasons it’s not okay. You get what you focus on and act on that, which would build a reality that speaks to your greater wisdom. You already know there is deep corruption in governments and health care all over the world, whether all of the ideas in conspiracy videos are true or not. There is so much misinformation (including all conspiracies and newscasts) and the only thing I’m willing to put my energy towards is what is possible, and what we can co-create together. The drama not only takes us away from the obviously yucky stuff that is in plain sight, but it uses your energy and focus in directions that are not about creating forward. The polarity and division are only there so you can be redirected to get clarity on WHAT YOU DO WANT not to complain or argue the fine points of what you DON’T WANT. I wouldn't be surprised if the conspiracy is to create conspiracies that keep us from what is hiding in plain sight. LOL You have a choice get involved in righteous arguments about dubious distractions, or create the world you want based on focusing forward together. I vote for plan B! We are all more alike than we are different, and I love our differences, as they keep life juicy and filled with personal clarity. There are always places where we all agree fundamentally to being human. As a start, share videos, ideas, and things about leadership. I have had enough exposure to the catalysts to be directed to my job on Earth. I get it. We need a shift.. So now let's do that, together in compassion this is our Wide Awakening. Isn't it time we experienced the power where it really is; within us? What are you catalyzed to do more to make your World, or the World around us, a better place? Thanks for paying it forward With love, Jennifer Xoxoxo

06.01.2022 Today I had the privilege of unveiling a plaque commemorating Vietnam War veterans at the Traralgon Memorial Park. The Park was acknowledging and commemorating it's 150th Anniversary. The event was very strongly supported by the local Community and beyond. Other plaques were dedicated to Boer War, Korea, WW2, East Timor, Iraq, Afghanistan and Peace Keeping veterans. Naturally, for a Memorial Park of this age, there is a strong WW1 presence as well. A solemn and respectful occasion, which was a credit to the Board and Management of the Park.
05.01.2022 Don’t Just Don't just learn, experience. Don't just read, absorb. Don't just change, transform. ... Don't just relate, advocate. Don't just promise, prove. Don't just criticize, encourage. Don't just think, ponder. Don't just take, give. Don't just see, feel. Don’t just dream, do. Don't just hear, listen. Don't just talk, act. Don't just tell, show. Don't just exist, live. ~ Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart
04.01.2022 As I watch the devastation of the Firestorms unfold in my home Country of Australia, I am reminded of the work of one of my Mentors James O'Dea, who almost died through burn out and deep, abiding angst, attempting to bring about Change via, essentially 'bra burning, marching in the streets and vilifying anyone who wouldn't listen'. For weeks, I have watched as intelligent people with great heart and compassion, who desire Change with equal passion, emulate his earlier body of... Work; knowing that much of the energy expended in vilifying individuals will simply be added to what I consistently refer to as 'The Collective Unconsciousness' that the Earth is currently mirroring back to us. Shouting with great passion from our preferred 'silos' and echo chambers may have the effect of us feeling that our righteous indignation has finally been vindicated, as individuals express their agreement with our actions, but very little will change at the deeper level. As James came to understand, and as he, Matt Kahn, and many others now teach, the way forward will always be the Inner Work of each individual. Indeed, the 'external' events unfolding are a Wake Up Call for each and every one of us. Vilifying individual Politicians and calling for their Resignation, or worse, is a waste of energy. When we see the physical devastation and loss, humans may be moved to pull together in a Co-creative and Collaborative manner, without the need for blame and shame. The Change will not come, at least not in the short term, from changed Political policy, or changing Talking Heads. See more
04.01.2022 When will things like full disclosure happen, or big changes in our world? When people focus deeply enough on personal transformation, and appropriate Collaboration, that our Collective Consciousness becomes ready to hear what’s being hidden and becomes ready for a world that is grounded in a state of peace, love, and freedom as opposed to monkey mind behaviour.

02.01.2022 An antidote for scary times: Some years ago Dan Sullivan published an article called the Scary Times Success Manual. It might be helpful to consider some of the mind shifts he proposed: ... 1. Forget about yourself. Focus on others. 2. Forget about your losses. Focus on opportunities. 3. Forget about your difficulties. Focus on your progress. 4. Forget about the 'future.' Focus on your today. 5. Forget about who you were. Focus on who you can be. 6. Forget about events. Focus on your responses. 7. Forget about what's missing. Focus on what's available. 8. Forget about your complaints. Focus on your gratitude. I suggest reading that list a few times today. Maybe copy it out... by hand... and tack it up in places where it can constantly remind you. Bertrand Russell once wrote: "Fear is the main source of superstition, and one of the main sources of cruelty. To conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom." You're stronger than fear. It doesn't need to control you. You can always tap into another source of power. As Christopher Robin said in Winnie the Pooh: "Always remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."
