09.01.2022 YES, WE ARE STILL OPEN Dear Valued Customers, In these unprecedented times we wanted to let you know what we as a small business are doing.... Our number one priority is the safety and peace of mind of all our team and our guests. As the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop, we are being guided by the advice from the Government and particularly the Department of Health. Following today’s announcement from Prime Minister Scott Morrison regarding a ban on nonessential indoor gatherings of more than 100 people, we are able to confirm that THE KYLE BAY ON GEORGES RIVER is still open for business. We will of course need to observe the Department of Health requirements in regards to numbers and limit function attendees accordingly, noting our two separate levels which are completely segregated with distinct entrance areas and facilities enabling the parameters of social distancing to be easily observed. In addition to our already rigorous and 5 star council rated health and hygiene practices at THE KYLE BAY ON GEORGES RIVER, we have implemented extra precautionary measures, including increased frequency of cleaning and sanitisation of restrooms, door handles, tabletops, hard surfaces and soft furnishings. We have also placed hand sanitisers throughout the premises. We have increased the proximity between our tables and reinforced with our employees that they must stay at home if they are unwell. We of course recognise that these guidelines may affect many of our function clients. We are in the process of contacting each and every one of you individually. As you can appreciate this may take some time however, we endeavour to have contacted all pre-existing function clients within the next 24-48 hours. We thank you all for your ongoing support through this incredibly difficult time which is affecting the world at large, all businesses and our community. 08.01.2022 We are thrilled to announce our restaurant @jaaksrestaurantandbar will be reopening on Friday 5 June trading Friday dinner, Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch. We are currently only offering a sharing style set menu starting at $55pp and group bookings are limited to 10 guests. As you would expect from the JAAKS team we practice stringent cleaning and hygiene processes. We kindly request anyone feeling unwell to visit us at a later date....
