11.01.2022 We've updated our Winter menu! We're continuously playing with different ingredients and ways of cooking, so the menu will continue to change over the seasons. This allows us in the kitchen to learn and grow our abilities in our craft/career. We imagine a future where everything we source is grown onsite or very close to home and applying techniques both traditions-old, with the very new. Its never been more important to source locally and work creatively. On another note, now that things are starting to normalise, we've decided its time to reduce our takeaway menu to the woodfire pizzas only. Gabriel
