12.01.2022 I’m sure a lot of people will be wondering why we aren’t open on Sunday for the craft event. I hear people discussing it all the time - but they rarely ask me directly. The photo on this post shows the hourly wages for Sunday. I just added up the hours for the staff we would need - and the wages come close to $2000 for the DAY. Add on superannuation and it would be way over. I understand that people would love to have us open, but apart from the wages - my staff need a day off. They’re at work from 6 or 7 in the morning until we close - 6 days a week. So - enjoy your day off and try not to criticise small businesses for doing what they need to do. We will care for you the other six days of the week to the best of our ability
