16.01.2022 Surrender and acceptance wears many faces and serves many purposes, it does.. here is an example... I meet PTSD with joy .. I accept that my over stay in a trauma job means that my nervous system needs my acceptance to catch up with the truth that exposure to significant trauma is no longer a threat to my wellness since I have changed jobs .. i have surrendered to the nervous system response to still need Monday’s to express itself .. I’m ok with that, I know how it got ...there and have compassion to it taking time to reset.. it’s just part of my landscape.. for now.. understanding what breaks you to make you align to wholeness is a gift.. it is..
