20.01.2022 Budda Bowl,Grazing Plate,Poke Bowl....whatever you call it you can be sure it's full of zesty goodness.For this one I winged~it, a base if rice and quinoa topped with broccoli,red pepper, edamame,avo,cucumber and mushroom. Drizzle (or slather this with your fave combination of sauces and gobble it down! Only one bowl to wash~Happy grazing days :)

15.01.2022 Sensational bike ride from Huon reserve to Tallangatta, a 24 km round trip with the obligatory coffee and cake at the bakery. The sights, sounds and smells (rural smells) gave such pleasure and joy to the senses.So lucky to live in the North East

12.01.2022 Te Da!! The first batch of scrummy, sticky Kumquat marmalade. Front and centre we have Kumquat ,chill and lime for a winter warmer. Filling up the middle section we have Kumquat ,vanilla and cardamon perfect for breakfast croissants, and flanking the back we have kumquat and vodka just because........ vodka:).

01.01.2022 Kumquats galore! .These little Vitamin C capsules are destined for the pot to be transformed into a deliciously sticky kumquat marmalade. Soaking them overnight means there is no need to add pectin as it leaches from the pips. Simply bring to a gentle boil add sugar(also lemon and orange if you like) and viola! Delicious on toast,crumpets,croissants and ice-cream
