23.01.2022 It’s R U OK Day tomorrow Seriously couldn’t have come at a better time. So if you looked at this pic and thought Yep I would definitely say something then you can definitely ask the question R U Ok? I know it can feel a bit scary to check in with your family or friends when they aren’t travelling well, particularly now with CoVid19. So many of us want to help, we want to support the people we care about but often people worry about things like ...
