25.01.2022 Barista - Fulltime Position - We are a vibrant, fresh cafe located in Port Macquarie looking to add an extra Barista/All Rounder to our team The right candidate will: Have 1-2 years prior experience as a Barista. Be knowledgeable about coffee and have the ability to create a consistent coffee. Be comfortable adjusting the machinery (i.e dialing in the grind) throughout the day.... Be motivated and promotes a great work ethic. Be friendly and outgoing, a peoples person. Be capable of working well in a team and showing initiative when needed. This role is Barista focused but is an all rounder position. You will be required to wait tables, take orders, and prepare cold drinks.
