25.01.2022 First big function done on Monday! Thank you to al of our lovely guests who came and supported us. Also a huge shout out and thank you to all the chefs and servers... Couldn't have done it without you guys. Bright futures ahead of everyone... Keep a eye out for these guys.

15.01.2022 Picking up from yesterday's mishap, we have created an interesting dish. In sort of homage to my favourite prawn mee from Malaysia, we have intensified the soup and simply had a dish of uncooked scallop and cooked crab which is then doused in the broth which cooks the scallop in front of the diner.... Very interesting and definitely will be improved upon. Thanks everyone for your kind words yesterday we appreciate the support

04.01.2022 Good evening everyone! So on the 7th of December we will be having a pop up dinner which will feature 6 courses, 2 entrees, 2 mains and 2 desserts. 01.01.2022 Got a new dessert up and running "spring time in the vines" inspiration gathered from high grove orchard. The berries and lavender was sourced from them too and absolutely top quality product. So the dish is a white chocolate creme base with waldo berries, raspberries, green tea crumb, white chocolate powder, lemon myrtle and macadamia powder, lavender Which plate do you guys like best?
