24.01.2022 We are sooooo excited to announce that Aerial Yoga classes will be back in swing (pun intended ) in a few weeks time. Class numbers will be limited to 10 so get in quick and book your spots now

05.01.2022 With our gates closed to the outside world for about 8 weeks, we have kept ourselves entertained by celebrating 3 family members birthdays in ‘iso’ style! A South African theme in honour of the birthday boys birth place. A fairy party for every 4 year olds dream and a Star Wars theme for the other 4 year old! We miss our regular visitors to The Monastery and look forward to special celebrations in future with more guests than just us
