25.01.2022 Another property clean up. This property tried its hardest to throw TheNasEffect off his game despite the 40 degree plus day today. I would like to say to this overgrown property fat chance you have now been NasEffected lol.

25.01.2022 Aeration/coreing has been completed. Ready for next weeks topdress with BGC-Bonnyrigg Garden Centres lawn mix ( The best in the area ) dont take my word for it see my next post which will be a a week and a half since spreading this wonderful lawn mix

25.01.2022 Lawn rejuvenation Our buffalo lawn had its first proper cut 15 days after topdressing. Photos below are the complete stages of a lawn rejuvenation.... From scalping in mid to late september, aeration/coreing then to topdressing ( must use a high quality topdress preferably the lawn mix from The Bonnyrigg Garden Centre, as it is free on most if any all nasties like weed seeds and free from disease) Then to give it a light cut called tipping where you try and control the growth due to the process and all the nutrients. I did this about 9 days after topdressing as I was trying to fit it in with all the rain days. You will notice the growth, cut at own discretion, just dont let it get too long. Then approx 14-21 days later give it its first cut on a setting higher than your normal cutting height, usually 1 setting higher. Remember to water in well the lawn mix, minimum 3 times per week, a general guide is that the lawn mix must remain moist however not soaking wet as this may wash away some soil. We where very blessed with The Lord our God opening up the Heavens with a great amount of rainfall during this process. Praise you Lord for your wonderful help in rejuvenating our Lawn with your rain and skills bestowed on to me to produce an outcome my wife and I are very pleased with. We couldn't have done it without you Lord.

24.01.2022 Some light patch work to my edges to help encourage the lawn to grow nice and tight up to the kerb. Lines are straight due to the brilliance of an atom edger however I felt the need to bring them in even tighter. I look forward to the new growth.

21.01.2022 My mother's lawn is slowly coming back to life Unlike my buffalo front lawn that has had a light cut this wild cooch is yet to have its 1st cut Keep posted for the 1st cut

20.01.2022 My place a week and a half since laying the lawn mix sourced from the BGC - Bonnyrigg Garden Centre. This lawn mix unlike other centre is NOT mixed in house. With a great combination of Topsoil for your body and structure with fine river sand for aeration and drainage followed by chicken manure for your nutrients ( the Lawn Mix does not smell either )

16.01.2022 Site was prepared for topdressing then the awesome lawn mix from The Bonnyrigg Garden Centre was delivered in the afternoon. I look forward in seeing the results from this big site of about 340m of turf that has been topdressed. Let the lawn rejuvenation flourish.

14.01.2022 My ute is in for a service today. However TheNasEffect will not rest for his clients. We are powered today by Jeep Power lol... Off to a aeration job for a wonderful client of mine. Here we come Tony lol

14.01.2022 This is 11 days later. I have gave it a light cut to control the growth on day 9 after the topdress. Thanks to The Lord above for the rain to help it further grow.... My backyard has been cut twice since the topdress as the backyard is kikiuyu, which tends to grow a little more aggressively after topdressing than buffslo ,the front is buffalo

10.01.2022 Dam that lawn mix is a great mix from the Bonnyrigg Garden Centre. I gave the front lawn another cut just in time for this 10-20mm to hit later tonight and tomorrow. Praise you God for more rain.

09.01.2022 After only 2 days of the topdress and only twice watered. Watered on Sunday evening once I completed the topdress and now Tuesday morning and already starting to green up well. Keep posted for weeks to come. Oh God is so good, I love my job.... Praise The Lord in the highest Heavens who watches over us here down below.
